Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)

Our client is an established aged and nursing care center in the Zurich region, which offers a home to over 100 elderly people with varying care needs and rounds off its offering through specialized forms of care as well as complementary residential and day structures.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated and cheerful personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, starting by agreement.
Your tasks

• Care of up to 28 residents in the team
• Communication with family doctors and relatives
• Coordination of a structured, resident-oriented daily routine
• Recognition of changes in condition and emergency situations
• Initiation of suitable measures if necessary
• Maintaining nursing documentation
• Evaluation of nursing measures
• Filling out assessments
• Taking over daily responsibility on the ward

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
• Empathetic and professionally competent handling of the elderly
• Experience in maintaining nursing documentation is an advantage
• Ability to assess health changes
• Confident appearance towards relatives and specialists
• Organizational talent for a structured daily routine
• Resilient and reliable way of working in shift operations
