For one of our clients, a reference hospital establishment located in the lausannoise region, we are recruiting Nursing Assistants for short and long-term temporary missions within somatic and psychiatric care services.

Your mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you will actively participate in the care and comfort of patients by contributing to the quality of care and their daily well-being.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure hygiene, comfort, and well-being care for patients.
• Accompany patients in activities of daily living.
• Participate in the mobilization and transfer of patients according to current procedures.
• Observe the general state of patients and transmit relevant information to the nursing team.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality of care rules.

Your profile
------------

• Nursing Assistant diploma or title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a hospital setting mandatory.
• Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
• Excellent ability to adapt to different services.
• Sense of observation, empathy, and listening.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Availability for occasional, replacement, or long-term missions.
