Job Description ### Job Advertisement: Powder Coater w/m # Overview ## On behalf of our client based in Kreuzlingen, a medium-sized production company specializing in the entire spectrum of powder coating in the facade sector, we are looking for a committed and resilient team player as a Powder Coater w/m to strengthen the production team, effective immediately. Area of Responsibility ## In this position, you are responsible for the surface coating of aluminum and steel parts using a coating machine. You will undertake the professional care and maintenance of the system and ensure that it is always ready for operation. Furthermore, reading and understanding technical drawings (2D/3D) as well as production documents are among your tasks. You will work closely with the production management to ensure the quality and timely completion of the products. Qualifications ## For this position, you bring completed vocational training as a painter, industrial painter, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in handling powder coating machines. You are characterized by an independent and precise way of working and are a flexible, team-oriented, and reliable personality. Good oral and written German skills round off your profile. Your Daily Work Routine ## Your daily work routine includes the operation and monitoring of the coating machine, the performance of quality controls, as well as coordination with the production management. You work independently and contribute actively to the achievement of production goals. The care and maintenance of the systems belongs to your daily tasks as well as the careful documentation of your work steps.
