Site Manager in waterproofing M/F at 100%

Job Description
--------------------

• Organization, planning and monitoring of waterproofing sites
• Management of sites on flat roofs, terraces and underground structures
• Coordination of teams, subcontractors and various stakeholders
• Technical monitoring and control of the correct execution of works
• Management of orders and supply of sites
• Performance and control of measurements
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines and budgets
• Participation in site meetings with clients, architects and works management
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Profile sought
-----------------

• Training in the field of building or waterproofing
• Confirmed experience in waterproofing site management
• Very good knowledge of waterproofing systems: bitumen, synthetic membranes, resins
• Good mastery of reading plans and measurements
• Knowledge of the market and Swiss standards, a serious asset
• Autonomous, organized and comfortable in team management
• Good contact with customers and various partners
• Driving license indispensable
