Your Tasks

As a Marketing Manager at Murrelektronik AG, you will develop and implement targeted marketing measures for innovative automation solutions in mechanical and plant engineering. You will position our products and solutions with machine builders and industrial decision-makers, thereby strengthening our market presence. In doing so, you will work closely with sales and the headquarters and implement your projects independently, practically, and in an impact-oriented manner.

• Planning and implementation of marketing activities for the Swiss market
• Creation and further development of marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, brochures, social media posts, and digital advertisements (layout)
• Writing and editing marketing texts multilingually
• Maintenance and updating of website, social media, and other digital content
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of campaigns across various channels
• Supporting sales with presentations, product documentation, and sales support
• Organization and preparation of trade fairs, events, and other marketing activities
• Coordination of external partners, agencies, and service providers
• Ensuring a uniform brand appearance and maintenance of marketing assets
• Supporting the management with marketing and communication projects

Your Profile

• Education or further training in marketing, communication, visual communication, or a comparable field
• Several years of practical experience in marketing, ideally with a broad generalist profile
• Proficient use of common marketing and design tools, especially: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, Canva, Salesforce, HTML, and digital marketing platforms
• German as a native language or bilingual language competence
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent, creativity, and a good sense for content and design
• Enjoyment of a versatile role with operational implementation and direct stakeholder contact
• Willingness to work on-site in Beringen
• Swiss or EU/EFTA nationality or a valid Swiss work permit
