For an internationally active Swiss industrial company headquartered in the Zürichsee / Pfäffikon SZ region, we are looking for an experienced personality in quality management. In this versatile function, you will combine Supplier and Product Quality with development projects and continuous improvement, working closely with Purchasing, Development, Product Support, and international locations.
The position offers an interesting mix of analytical-conceptual work and operational implementation, as well as the opportunity to actively further develop quality processes and methods across various locations.

Quality Manager - Supplier & Product Quality 80-100 %

$Your tasks$
*Processing and analysis of supplier non-conformities, customer complaints, and warranty cases
*Initiation, implementation, and monitoring of suitable corrective and improvement measures
*Planning and conducting of internal audits at various international locations
*Support in supplier qualification via assessments, audits, and FAI
*Accompanying development projects in quality topics such as requirements management, risk analyses/FMEA, quality control plans, and milestone inspections
*Conception, initiation, and leadership of cross-location improvement projects in quality management
*Further development and introduction of processes, tools, and methods
*Conducting training for employees in an international environment
*Close cooperation with strategic Purchasing, Development, Product Support, and the local quality organizations

$What you bring with you$
*Higher technical education with further training or sound experience in quality management
*Several years of professional experience in QM, preferably in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a comparable industrial environment
*Good knowledge of ISO 9001
*Experience with problem-solving methods such as 8D as well as with risk analyses and FMEA
*Knowledge in supplier qualification and in handling quality deviations
*Enjoyment of the combination of conceptual work and operational implementation
*Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
*Strong communication personality with a confident appearance towards suppliers and internal contact persons
*Very good German and English skills
*Professional leadership experience is an advantage
