Therefore we are looking for YOU to strengthen our dedicated psychiatry team as Certified Nursing Professional HF/FH – Focus on Psychiatry 50–70% (a) Your tasks Independent implementation of the entire nursing process and implementation of nursing at the customer's home Conducting needs assessment using the interRai-CMH instrument Accompanying customers with psychiatric illnesses in their homes and practicing everyday practical skills Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with the customers Promotion and enablement of independence, autonomy, stability and quality of life What you bring with you Diploma Nursing HF/FH or equivalent training Several years of experience in psychiatry Driver's license Cat.
