We are looking for reinforcement for our fiduciary team!
We are a renowned, smaller fiduciary company and have been working successfully for our clients for over 30 years. To complement our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as a Fiduciary Clerk (w/m) 60–80 % immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
In this varied and responsible function, you will particularly undertake:

• Independent management of financial accounting
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation and settlement of value-added tax
• Payroll administration
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Support and advice for our regional clientele
• General fiduciary and administrative tasks

Your Profile
For this lively and versatile activity, you ideally bring the following:

• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Good knowledge in the area of value-added tax and taxes
• Experience in payroll administration is an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Good IT user knowledge
• Experience with Topal and Dr. Tax is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collegial cooperation
• Customer and service orientation
