Your varied tasks as a crew member include:

• Friendly and fast service at the counter, in the McDrive, and throughout the entire restaurant
• Careful preparation of our wide range of burgers, salads, and Co.
• Regular checks for maximum cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant

As a member of GastroSuisse, we apply the collective labor agreement for gastronomy in its entirety and pay fair wages. Thanks to our training and further education programs, you can develop yourself and build a career in our restaurants. As a McDonald’s employee, you also receive a 50 percent discount on all products.

It can also happen that short assignments over midday and in the evening hours of 1 – 2 hours are planned, which require quick readiness for deployment. For this reason, we can only consider applications from the surrounding region.
