Electroplating/galvanoplasty Technician (F/M/X) 100%

Workplace: 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds

Your responsibilities ###

• Implement the operating sequences for bath processing and perform the processing
• Maintain, analyze, and correct the baths of the automatic line and the 2 manual lines
• Program the automatic line
• Plan and perform the replacement of preparation baths
• Control the appearance and thickness of deposits, then write reports
• Manage the treatment of effluents
• Guarantee the proper functioning of the installations and the safety of the products used
• Manage chemical product stocks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, in connection with quality and production

Your profile ###

• CFC in electroplating or a title deemed equivalent. Higher education is an asset.
• Proven experience in galvanoplasty, ideally in watchmaking or microtechnology, would be an asset
• Mastery of bath analysis and correction and deposit controls
• Knowledge of programming and operating an automatic line
• Good knowledge of safety rules related to chemical products
• Ease with IT tools (ERP, MS Office)
• Rigor, autonomy, and a sharp sense of safety and quality
• Analytical mind and taste for problem-solving
• Good communication skills and team spirit
