Your tasks - responsibility with scope for creativity ##

The Senior Pricing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the group-wide pricing strategy across all product lines and countries. The goal is the optimization and assurance of the pricing strategy across the entire product portfolio cross-border and taking into account competitors, target groups, and sales channels.

• Development and maintenance of pricing strategies as well as definition of pricing logics for different customer groups (private customers, architects, general contractors, specialist retail partners, and groupements)
• Conducting market, competitor, and margin analyses for optimal price positioning and identification of improvement potential
• Construction and maintenance of price traffic light systems including approval rules as well as checking and approving prices from defined threshold values
• Creation, updating, and management of price lists for different product groups and target markets
• Maintenance and management of price master data in ERP and CRM systems as well as coordination with product management regarding price changes
• Creation and checking of various project calculations across all countries
• Support of the sales management and branches in pricing decisions and calculations
• Establishment of "Pricing Excellence" through training, guidelines, and continuous process improvement
• Monitoring of price developments and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

Your profile - what you bring with you ##

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in pricing, product management, or in an analytical sales function
• Strong understanding of market mechanisms, pricing, and margin optimization
• Confident handling of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as very good Excel skills
• AI knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of thinking with a high affinity for numbers
• Experience in the creation of market and competitor analyses as well as in the derivation of strategic pricing recommendations
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in exchange with various stakeholders (sales, product management, management)
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
• Enjoyment in the further development of pricing processes and systems in an international environment
• Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing; other languages such as English are an advantage
• Industry knowledge is an advantage
