Psychiatriefachperson HF YOUR TASKS You accompany the residents according to their needs and possibilities You are responsible for advice, structuring, and promotion in individual daily organization You care for our residents and work closely with the psychiatrist on duty on site You create stability in everyday life through regular resident conversations You ensure interdisciplinary cooperation with your colleagues (SRK, EFZ, HF) and promote specialist knowledge within the team You advise the team in complex resident situations and lead case discussions YOUR PROFILE Completed training as Dipl.
