Tasks ## • As the case-responsible reference person, you ensure individual and person-centered care and support for the residents. • Depending on your level of knowledge, you independently take over tasks delegated by the department management, such as case discussions and the support of employees in challenging situations. • You contribute to the conceptual further development of the Pflegewohngruppen. • You represent the department management in their absence.
