Job description ##

The watchmaking operator assembles the various parts that make up the movement of mechanical or electronic watches. Depending on their specific field, they set the dial and hands on the movement, introduce components into a case and fix the bracelet (assembly), perform the complete adjustment of the movement (adjustment) or assemble the elements that give the watch its exterior appearance (watchmaking finishing). Following the instructions of their supervisors, they perform extremely precise fitting operations at all stages of the assembly line. Attentive to the quality requirements of watchmaking, they continuously monitor their operations. Specific field of adjustment.

assemble, adjust and regulate the bridge, the balance wheel and the hairspring (the movement parts that are the source of the watch's "tick-tock");

control the precision of the movement;
