Your main tasks Mastery of masonry, formwork, reinforcement and concreting work according to Swiss standards. Reading and interpretation of SIA plans and technical diagrams. Organization and monitoring of daily work. Management of materials, orders and optimization of resources. Quality control of works and respect for tolerances. Strict application of HSE safety rules and risk prevention. Writing of reports, work orders and simple administrative monitoring. Job requirement: Your profile CFC Mason or equivalent training. Confirmed experience as a construction Team Leader in Switzerland. Excellent technical skills in structural work. Ability to manage unforeseen events and to maintain a good team dynamic.
