Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: Care for and support our patients during rehabilitation with professional basic and treatment care during the night
• Promotion: Support, motivate, and assist patients in dealing with their illnesses
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Actively participate in interdisciplinary cooperation and take on responsibility
• Documentation: Ensure seamless documentation of treatment processes in the KIS
• Diversity: Check and prepare medications according to medical instructions and take on further ward-relevant activities

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or a comparable training with at least one positive SRK-PreCheck
• Personality: You are an empathetic and team-oriented personality who practices your profession with joy and commitment. You are characterized by a spirit of innovation, professional communication, and a quality-conscious way of working
