Job Description

Within the Laboratory department, your main missions will be to ensure the qualification of our watch heads, movements and horological components, to write control instructions as well as to provide support to the different departments regarding specific analyses.

In this context, you will be in charge of:

• Performing performance and aging tests on our watch heads, movements and horological components as well as analyses of movements after qualification tests
• Expressing and formalizing observations and measurements and writing analysis and qualification reports
• Conducting specific analyses as support for the assembly and quality control workshops
• Defining qualification plans and sheets for new products, in connection with the AP test catalogs
• Writing and maintaining specific control instructions for watch heads
• Defining programs for the measurement of chronometric performance of movements and for the control of barrels

Qualifications

• Holder of a CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent training, ideally completed by training as a Technician in horological design, you benefit from at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have experience in the field of complicated mechanical movements
• You are used to using mechanical and climatic measurement and aging devices
• You possess knowledge in statistical measurement and data processing
• You have good knowledge of the MS-Office suite
• You demonstrate rigor and are proactive
• You possess good analytical and synthesis skills and are endowed with good writing skills
• Of an open and listening nature, you enjoy teamwork
