Your area of responsibility #### • Responsibility for the autonomous operation and maintenance of the cutting and bending machines • Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality production process • Flexible deployment as a floater between cutting/bending and assembly • Precise assembly of miniature connectors with increased quality requirements • Independent reading and implementation of work papers as well as technical drawings • Provision of material, work documents, tools, and fixtures • Processing and distribution of the supplied materials • Conducting material inventories • Carrying out inspections according to specifications as well as final inspections, QA acceptances, and packaging work • Recording and feedback of production orders in SAP Your profile #### • Completed technical training e.g. as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable profession • Professional experience in a similar function • Experience in an industrial production environment • High degree of independence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility • Exact, structured, and quality-oriented way of working • Capable and resilient personality with a positive attitude and team spirit • Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation • Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage • Very good German skills in spoken and written; English skills are a plus • Flexibility as well as willingness for overtime and shift work Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • Up to 6 weeks of vacation • Staff restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness & swimming subscriptions • Generous contribution to the Half-Fare travelcard • Extra-mandatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
