immediately or by arrangement, a

Commercial Clerk (50 – 60 %), in jobsharing

Your tasks

• You are the warm and competent contact person for our customers, suppliers and employees and ensure professional administrative processes
• Receipt and processing of customer orders
• Serving customers at the reception (sale of spare parts)
• Hours management of the employees
• Responsible management of the entire accounts payable process from invoice control to payment
• Create small invoices
• Support in the management of our website and social media channels, general marketing measures

What you bring

• Commercial employee EFZ or equivalent commercial training
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, suppliers and employees
• Very good IT skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Organizational skills
• Independence, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills as well as a positive and open personality
• Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential data
• Industry affinity and enjoyment of beautiful bathrooms is an advantage
