CNC Grinder The main responsibility of Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain is to ensure a smooth supply chain for and our customers - in the regions for the regions. Our 29 factories worldwide follow the BPS production system with its Total Synchro principles and SQCDP goals, and each factory in our network has a clearly defined focus. This is where you will shine You are responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of CNC cylindrical grinding machines S31 and S41 You undertake the grinding of individual parts and small series with high quality requirements You enjoy the selection and setup of clamping devices, grinding wheels, and process parameters You are responsible for ensuring dimensional accuracy according to drawing and tolerances (including form and position tolerances) You undertake the optimization of the grinding processes with regard to cycle time, surface quality, and tool life These are the required skills Completed training as Polymechaniker:in EFZ Fertigung or equivalent training Several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, ideally on S31/S41 Independent, effective, precise, and quality-oriented way of working as well as a team-oriented, reliable, and motivated personality Good German and IT knowledge Willingness to work both in normal working hours as well as in shift-like working hour models Do you have questions?
