With our core competencies in forming, welding, laser processing, CNC machining, water jet cutting and non-destructive testing, we focus on the processing of nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials. For our team in the forming area at the Aarburg location, we are looking for an immediate Team Leader Forming (m/f/d, 100%) Your tasks Technical and personnel leadership of the forming area with around 20 employees Daily fine planning and prioritization of production orders within the specified production plan Ensuring optimal utilization of employees while considering quality, productivity and delivery dates Ensuring a smooth production process in the metal pressing, deep drawing, pressing, bending, rounding, hemming and washing processes Support and further development of employees as well as promotion of a positive team culture Close cooperation with production management, PPS, AVOR, purchasing, quality assurance and other production areas Active participation in improvement projects and continuous optimization of processes, quality and efficiency Your profile Completed vocational training in the metal industry, for example as a plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic or production mechanic Several years of practical experience in forming technology, for example in the areas of pressing, deep drawing, bending, rounding, pressing or comparable manufacturing processes Initial leadership experience as a team leader or foreman is an advantage Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working Assertive and communicative personality with high social competence Good knowledge of ERP systems (PPS) and common MS-Office applications Very good German skills in spoken and written language We offer you an interesting, unusual field of activity in a technically demanding industry with advanced working conditions (GAV Swissmem, staff restaurant, free parking and free coffee).
