Clerk Debt Collection and Administration (80%-100%) (fixed-term with option for extension)

We are IMEK GmbH, a small but steadily growing company in Wettingen that specializes in the collection of certificates of loss. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person for six months (with an option for extension) who enjoys thinking ahead, rolling up their sleeves, and learning new things.

Your tasks

With us, there is no single typical workday. You will gain insight into various areas of our company and support us where something is currently pending.

A large part of your work revolves around our debt collection files. We expect numerous new customers in the coming months, for whom data entry must be carried out. You will therefore help, for example, with the recording and processing of data and documents, with address searches, or with the preparation of correspondence. You are the telephone contact person for official authorities, customers, and debtors and process the daily incoming mail.

In addition, many other tasks arise with us. Depending on interest and resources, you can also assist with accounting, marketing, or the organization of customer and team events, with smaller internal projects, or with general administrative work.

In short: You support us where a helping hand is currently needed.

You do not need to know everything yet. It is much more important to us that you work reliably and very accurately, enjoy thinking ahead, and have pleasure in learning new things.

Only mandatory requirement: No entries in the debt collection register and (relevant) criminal record.
