Your new position at SWISS KRONO AG: • Technical and organizational management of the cutting, processing center, and laminating plant areas • Leadership, support, and further development of employees in daily operations • Preparation of offers and calculations • Deputy for the Department Head FUBO and Finishing • Continuous further development and optimization of processes in finishing • Ensuring a smooth production process as well as compliance with quality, safety, and deadline specifications What you bring with you: • Vocational training, ideally as a Schreiner EFZ • Further training as a Fertigungs- / AVOR-Spezialist/in VSSM, Holzbautechniker/in HF or similar • Initial leadership experience in a production environment • Knowledge in handling CAD and CNC processing (Mastercam; TrunCAD; woodWOP) • High IT affinity and interest in the further development of digital processes • Foreign language skills (English; French) are a plus SWISS KRONO offers extensive additional benefits: swisskrono.com/ch/mitarbeiterbenefits Interested?
