Specialist Fund Management

At PostFinance, you will actively help build the administration of our investment funds and strengthen our position as a digital investment bank. As a specialist in fund and portfolio management, you will take on a central role in the ongoing project. You will help shape the implementation and further development and contribute your know-how in portfolio management. In this way, you create the basis so that PostFinance can manage its investment funds independently and ensure sustainable operations. What you can achieve • You will take on a central role in the insourcing of fund management activities and actively help shape the establishment of modern portfolio management processes, controls, and responsibilities • Together with your team, you are responsible for the introduction and smooth operation of the new portfolio management system • You ensure the long-term operational daily processing of the portfolio management of our range of investment funds, which currently mainly consists of Fund of Funds (no active security selection) • You accompany the transformation from the project phase to operations and ensure an efficient and sustainable implementation of the concepts • You implement the investment strategy for our funds defined by the investment committee and ensure professional administration and monitoring • You support the Investment Office with tasks such as financial market analyses, asset management, as well as the internal and external communication of market assessments What you bring with you • University degree (FH/University) in business administration and/or banking or in a comparable field; further training is an advantage • Experience in front-to-back portfolio management of investment funds • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and of operating models in fund management under Swiss law • Analytical and structured way of working with a strong orientation towards quality • Strong communication skills, initiative, willingness to take responsibility, team spirit, and enjoyment in actively shaping changes • Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as advantageous experience with Bloomberg
