Collaborate with technical experts for complex or non-standard cases, ensure the technical viability of requests and propose axes for continuous improvement. Develop appropriate procurement strategies following an in-depth analysis; prepare complex tenders via the eSourcing platform. Draft and negotiate contracts in compliance with internal rules and procedures. Respond to clarification requests during the consultation phase. Participate in related tasks, including the migration of the document management system. Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of public procurement Mastery of office tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Proven experience in purchasing goods and services. Knowledge of ERP systems Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and contract management skills. Developed analytical mind. Keen sense of customer service and proactive approach to finding solutions. Flexibility, autonomy and organizational rigor.
