BATOR is looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and structured working Head of Production, Member of the Executive Board (m/f)

Your tasks

• Budget responsibility for production with the areas of metal processing, assembly lines for door leaves and drives, control cabinet construction, as well as logistics/warehousing
• Responsibility for employee leadership
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective as well as high-quality manufacturing
• Planning, organization, and monitoring of production processes including capacity planning and quality assurance
• Responsibility for warehouse and logistics processes
• Optimization of production processes with a focus on Lean Management and automation for cost reduction and reduction of lead times
• Participation in the development of new products with regard to production feasibility
• Maintenance of operating equipment
• Ensuring occupational safety, health protection, and compliance with environmental regulations
• Operational assistance in day-to-day business

Your qualifications

• Completed training in metal construction, further training as a master metalworker or similar
• Additional business administration training is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience in managing a production, ideally in the metal construction industry
• Structured, precise, and efficient way of working
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up one's sleeves
• Strong initiative, teamwork skills as well as communication and leadership strength
• Joy and pride in high-quality products
• Proficient user knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems
• German as a native language, English and/or French skills are an advantage
