TASKS Telephone and written customer support in the health insurance environment Advising insured persons on products, benefits, and administrative matters Processing customer inquiries during office hours Ensuring professional and understandable communication Induction during the first 2 weeks on-site in Basel with 100% workload REQUIREMENTS Completed VBV training mandatory, without VBV no consideration Flawless Swiss German Friendly, clear, and customer-oriented communication Reliable, structured, and independent way of working Willingness to work 100% in Basel for the first 2 weeks Availability from approx. 31.08. or 07.09. WE OFFER Monthly salary CHF 4'550.00 x 12 Working hours Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00 Part-time workload possible after training Hybrid model with 3 days home office and 2 days office per week Structured induction in Basel, afterwards deployment in the home office and on-site in Wohlen AG.
