Tasks As part of the agile Workstream Collaboration team, you are involved in various tasks and processes and actively participate in shaping the product range within the team. In your daily routine, you combine operation, further development, and consulting regarding our M365 and PowerPlatform solutions. In doing so, you take on responsibility and actively help shape digital collaboration at the ZHAW. Your area of responsibility essentially includes: • Operation and further development of the "Business Process Automation" service on the Microsoft Power Platform • Advising and supporting the implementation, adaptation, and optimization of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online • Supporting users in using the Power Platform as well as SharePoint Online • Ensuring the lifecycle and compliance with governance for newly implemented Business Process Automation processes As a curious, passionate, and committed personality, it is easy for you to "stay on the ball of development" in your subject area and share your knowledge with your colleagues. Profile • IT training (EFZ) as well as a degree from a university of applied sciences / higher • professional training or comparable subject-related and / or technical further training • Confident knowledge of the services in the Microsoft 365 palette (Power Platform, EntraID, SharePoint Online, Teams) • Programming and design knowledge in the Power Platform (e.g., Flows, Apps, Power Query, Power Fx, and Dataverse) • Knowledge regarding design and architecture in SharePoint Online (e.g., Webparts, Sitedesign, PnP) • Experience in the integration of the Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Teams • Knowledge and experience in dealing with ticketing and collaboration systems such as TOPdesk, Jira, and Confluence • Understanding of business processes in various industries and the ability to adapt technical solutions accordingly • Experience in working in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe) for the further development, consulting, and implementation of customer orders • You prefer an agile and self-organized way of working and are interested in continuously expanding and passing on your knowledge • You are a convinced team player and are characterized by a strong customer orientation, networked thinking, and communicative flair • Ideally, you also possess certifications in the area of the Microsoft 365 palette • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Experience in a university environment or in complex IT organizations is an advantage A professional, helpful, and self-organized team with clear roles, a lot of creative freedom, and committed cooperation awaits you.
