In order to support its development and strengthen its kitchen team, we are mandated to recruit its future Chef de partie (M/F) Job description ## Under the responsibility of the Chef de Cuisine, you take charge of the organization and the proper functioning of your section during each service. As guarantor of the quality of the preparations entrusted to you, you actively participate in the mise en place, production, sending out and plating of dishes in compliance with the high standards of the establishment. Attentive to detail, you ensure the supply of your station, the proper management of goods as well as an optimal use of raw materials in order to limit losses. You work in close collaboration with the entire brigade to ensure perfect coordination of services and contribute actively to maintaining an exemplary working environment, both in terms of quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
