The tilia Stiftung für Langzeitpflege is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we accompany people from the age of 18 who are dependent on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, supplemented by outpatient services. Your tasks * Professional nursing and care of our residents under the guidance of the registered nurse * Make an important contribution to the residents' quality of life and the nursing process * Assumption of medical-technical activities (according to competence) * Performing household tasks and assisting with material management. What you bring with you * Joy in the nursing profession and sensitivity in dealing with people in need of care aged 18 and over * Degree as Assistent/in Gesundheit & Soziales, Pflegehelfer/in SRK or an equivalently recognized training * Good German language skills * Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, and resilience.
