Sales Assistant FR/GER 80% - 100% # Company Description ## On behalf of an internationally oriented SME based in the east Lausanne region, we are looking for a Sales Assistant FR/GER 80% - 100% (M/F) Job Description ## • Management of a client portfolio (B to B) throughout the entire commercial life cycle • Verification and recording of customer orders • Monitoring of production deadlines (planning) and collaboration with procurement for the smooth running of orders • Organization of transport and monitoring of delivery deadlines • Preparation of invoices, transport documents (road transport, truck shipments) in close cooperation with an external service provider • Monitoring of various commercial agreements (forward contracts, capacity reservation, discounts) • Processing of complaints as well as non-conformities • Administrative sales support (preparation of offers, price lists, statistics) Profile sought ## • Holder of a qualification in the field of international trade or similar • Benefiting from at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial SME • Very good written/oral German knowledge (B2-C1) and good English knowledge • Desire to join an SME with strong values and a family spirit • Sense of organization, good priority management, excellent customer relations • Driver/Car owner
