Your tasks

• In this versatile position, you will advise and support employees as well as managers in all personnel-related and labor law issues.
• You actively support management in the implementation of HR processes and contribute to their continuous development.
• You recognize personnel- or organization-related changes at an early stage and act as a competent contact person and sparring partner for managers.
• In addition, you work closely with the international headquarters to successfully implement group-wide HR initiatives.
• Furthermore, you participate in the preparation, analysis, and further development of HR key figures.

Your profile

• You have completed training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis); an advanced qualification in the field of HR management is an advantage.
• You also bring several years of professional experience in a similar HR function - ideally in the transport or logistics industry.
• You possess very good English skills; other languages are a plus and will facilitate your international exchange.
• Personally, you convince through a sense of responsibility, independence, and enjoyment in driving projects forward and actively shaping changes.
• Your high social competence, teamwork skills, and fairness also characterize you.
