Pharmacy Assistant - 100%

As a pharmacy assistant, you will manage the daily stocks of the HUG care units.

Your tasks are the replenishment and review of the stocks of the care units, with or without automated cabinets, in consultation with the nursing teams and the pharmaceutical logistics teams. You will be required to carry loads between 5 and 10 kg. You will participate in tasks and projects of the pharmaceutical Logistics unit.

The position requires mobility throughout the canton of Genève. The recruited person will be required to work on different sites, notably on the main site of Cluse-Roseraie and on the external sites: Loëx, Joli-Mont, Belle-Idée, Trois-Chêne and Bellerive.

You have a sense of organization and you know how to work autonomously in a multidisciplinary team.

You bring great rigor to your work and you know how to manage priorities. You easily manage stressful situations.

You are comfortable with IT tools and you have a perfect command of French.

You hold the federal certificate of capacity as a pharmacy assistant.

You have experience in stock management as well as in the monitoring and processing of orders.

Experience in the field of institutional care (hospital, EMS, GSASA training…) would be an asset.
