Your field of activity in the psychotherapeutic unit:

In our psychotherapeutic unit, we primarily treat patients presenting the following diagnoses:
F3: Affective disorders (e.g., depressive episodes, recurrent depressive disorders)
F4: Neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders (e.g., anxiety and stress-related disorders, somatization disorders)
F6: Personality and behavioral disorders
In collaboration with the interprofessional treatment team, you create a framework in which healing, stabilization and lasting change become possible.

Your tasks:

• Personnel, technical and organizational management as well as continuous development of your nursing team, including staffing planning adapted to needs.
• Ensure and develop the quality of relational and psychiatric care based on evidence and person-centered.
• Design of the therapeutic environment in close coordination with the medical-psychotherapeutic service as well as specialized therapies.
• Staff promotion and team development: active guidance of employees as well as support for the practical training of apprentices and students.
• Participation in development projects: continuous optimization of the unit concepts, management processes and treatment procedures.

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or FH
• Several years of professional experience in psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care.
• Management experience as well as completed leadership training (or the willingness to undergo one).
• High social and communication competence, stress resistance as well as a solution-oriented and respectful leadership style.
• Identification with the mission and Christian values of the clinique SGM.
