Chief of Staff (80-100 %) In this versatile position of trust, you will support the CEO and Executive Board in the preparation, structuring, and implementation of central decision-making processes. You will review applications, decision bases, and presentations for quality, strategic relevance, and readiness for decision-making, and support the specialist departments in their further development. As a neutral coordination point, you will bring together different perspectives and ensure a well-founded overall view. You will participate in the Executive Board meetings, create the minutes, coordinate pending items, and are responsible for the communication tasks of the Executive Board. Additionally, you coordinate Executive Board meetings, edit central messages for the organization, and handle confidential or short-term inquiries from the CEO. In doing so, you work closely with the Executive Secretariat and other specialist departments. You have experience in Management Consulting, CEO Office, Business Management, Project Management, Staff Work or a comparable environment. You grasp complex relationships quickly, condense content precisely, and convince through excellent written and communicative skills.
