To strengthen our team in the Grocery sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Supermarket Assistant, 50%, starting from 01.11.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Genève site.

Your responsibilities

• You conduct sales interactions and convey specific information about the aisles to our customers.
• You organize the sales floor by setting seasonal priorities.
• You create an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
• You systematically respect the prescribed hygiene rules.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail in the field of food and beverages.
• You enjoy active contact with customers and local and seasonal food products.
• You are in good physical condition and are able to work under pressure.
• You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and you remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations.
• You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
