The Rehaklinik Hasliberg is a renowned Swiss clinic in the field of psychosomatic, internist-oncological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. The clinic has 83 beds and is on the hospital lists of the cantons of Bern, Luzern, Solothurn, Nidwalden and Uri. The ISO-certified company works in a process-oriented and interdisciplinary manner, based on the mission statement of "REHA-Kompetenz" with the characteristics: respect, efficiency, warmth, attentiveness and competence. Your tasks: You are the first contact person for our patients, visitors, suppliers as well as employees and ensure a warm and professional reception. You accompany our patients from admission to discharge and support them with information and services. You process incoming information reliably and forward it promptly to the responsible departments. You take on diverse administrative tasks such as managing the cash register, mail processing or material orders. You organize events and leisure activities for our patients. Our expectations: You have a commercial education or training in the hotel industry. Ideally, you already have experience in reception, administration or in the healthcare sector. You enjoy working with people, encounter them in a friendly and professional manner and are characterized by a strong service orientation. You maintain an overview even in lively situations and work independently, reliably and organized. You have good MS Office skills as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing. You are flexible and willing to regularly take on weekend shifts (approx. one weekend per month).
