Job description
Contribute to the development of the visibility and influence of the company on Swiss and international markets.
Develop and retain a client portfolio by creating a lasting commercial relationship.
Identify new opportunities and actively develop the clientele.
Meet with clients in order to understand their needs and present products and novelties to them.
Be a preferred contact for clients by accompanying and advising them via different channels.
Collaborate with operational and sales teams, while participating with the Management in the monitoring of objectives, the identification of prospects and the reporting of activity.
Profile sought
Holder of a CFC in freight forwarding or a training deemed equivalent.
Proven experience in the field of transport and sales.
Good knowledge of the local, regional and international economic fabric.
Solid knowledge of Swiss and French customs regulations.
Excellent mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
Dynamic and open personality, enjoying contact, novelty and demonstrating empathy and initiative.
Organized, conscientious and endowed with an excellent sense of listening.
Capable of working autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
