We are proud to produce many of the important products for our restaurants, caterings, banquets and for sale in the take aways ourselves. The quality and finesse of our products is important to us, for this reason we have decided on production in our own establishments. We operate our own bakery, a butchery, a patisserie, a sushi and a sandwich production, as well as a large-scale main kitchen for the restaurants at Hauptbahnhof Zürich.
