Your tasks

• Responsibility for the management of time and absence management
• Execution of various HR tasks in the onboarding and offboarding process
• Creation of job offers, employment contracts, confirmations, work certificates as well as obtaining permits, registrations/deregistrations with social insurance companies, etc.
• Independent management of the payroll accounting of a subsidiary
• Support in personnel development (organization of training, processing the training plan, creating continuing education agreements)
• Organization and coordination of business trips, meetings and events
• Collaboration in the implementation of HR projects
• Assumption of further versatile HR and administration tasks

Our requirements

• Completed commercial education with affinity and initial experience in HR
• Resilience, organizational skills and independence
• Loyal and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Good IT knowledge (MS-Office, ERP system)
• Ability to work in a team, friendly appearance
• Good German skills (other languages an advantage)
