Sion \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Accompany and promote the introduction of systems and ensure the maintenance of existing or new police computer and telecommunications systems • Manage the proper functioning of the Police military's computer and telecommunications systems in an interconnected manner, while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and probative value of the information • Ensure the resolution of incidents, the triggering of escalation procedures, and the monitoring of problems • Be the point of contact and provide technical support to all users of the PM, ensuring on-site (throughout Switzerland) or online assistance • Ensure the ordering, management, and allocation of hardware and software, and be responsible for the granting, maintenance, and control of user rights and access authorizations • Support the realization of tests, the correction of errors, and guarantee the reliable and faultless use of systems <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Career non-commissioned officer specializing in • Higher professional training in the field of ICT with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience for the function, or professional certificate with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience for the function • Training in computer science, electronics, or equivalent continuing education desired • Knowledge of programming languages (Apache FreeMarker™, VBA, HTML) and IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL) • Military leadership training desired <br /> In a few words With strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong implementation capacity, you are responsible for the development and operation of innovative, forward-looking applications.
