In order to strengthen our Person Insurance Division, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a versatile LAA Complex Case Manager, in charge of the autonomous and proactive management of files in the processing of complex claims in the field of accident insurance (LAA).

The various missions awaiting you:

• Fully manage the files of the assigned portfolio
• Settlement and control of invoices, drafting of decisions, monitoring of pensions
• Collaborate with the different teams of the division in order to efficiently process French-speaking files

What makes you unique:

• Federal diploma in insurance or a title deemed equivalent
• Several years of practical experience in the management of benefits in personal insurance with good technical knowledge
• Very good knowledge of standard IT tools (MS Office)
• Perfect command of Italian and French, both spoken and written
