Working closely with the production workshops and logistics, you contribute to the performance of the Supply Chain through rigorous planning, excellent mastery of flows, and a continuous improvement approach. Your responsibilities: * Manage a team of 2 collaborators * Manage external purchases at the best cost, within the allotted deadlines, while maintaining very good relationships with our partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Drive production planning and scheduling: manage production orders and ensure their follow-up in collaboration with the workshop managers. * Define and implement the safety stock management strategy and ensure its management. Your profile: * Technical or commercial training with industrial experience. * Continuing education in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain. * Higher education (ES/HES) would be an advantage. * Mastery of French and German, good knowledge of English. * Interpersonal skills, listening skills, ability to work autonomously while having a strong team spirit, very good analytical and synthesis skills.
