Specialist Technician: Industry SAN

1.) Job Description

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and inspection work according to specifications.
• Replacing and checking components according to specifications.
• Carrying out control and change orders according to specifications and detecting deviations.

2.) Main Tasks

• Performs maintenance, adjustment, and inspection work according to technical specifications.
• Performs measurements according to technical specifications and fills out measurement protocols.
• Triggers the necessary repair measures for detected deviations (with the help of functional and visual inspections as well as simple measurements).
• Replaces wear parts and performs adjustment work within the framework of maintenance specifications.
• Reports the work performed and the data collected according to specifications.
• Performs clearly documented or clearly commissioned repair work and reports them according to specifications.
• Performs fault diagnoses (based on clear visual and functional inspections) and reports them professionally.
• Performs component replacements according to specification or with supervision.
• Reports the work performed according to the process.
• Performs simple, fully documented change and control orders according to specifications or with supervision.
• Identifies deviations or improvement potential in the process (KVP, MOM) and reports them to the responsible department.
• Vocational training EFZ/EBA (Mandatory)
• 5 years experience
• 2-shift operation
