For Haus Grünegg in the Zürich region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100% in Night Shift Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Assumption of tasks as a reference person for nursing • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests •   • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach-Smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Assumption of daily responsibility • Assumption of tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing   Why Tertianum?
