OKJOB HORECA is recruiting an experienced Laundress for a prestigious private property located on the left bank of Genève.

Job Description ###

?Ensure the sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundry.
?Take charge of the family's personal laundry with the utmost care.
?Ensure the maintenance of high-end household linen: sheets, towels, tablecloths, table linen, and other textiles.
?Master the careful ironing of shirts, trousers, dresses, and delicate clothing.
?Identify different textiles and adapt maintenance methods accordingly.
?Be particularly attentive to noble and fragile materials: silk, cashmere, wool, linen, lace, and textiles requiring specific treatment.
?Perform routine stain removal and identify items requiring the intervention of a specialized provider.
?Organize and maintain the laundry room in impeccable condition.
?Ensure the storage and monitoring of linen stocks.
?Prepare laundry according to the needs of the family and the various spaces of the property.
?Perform, depending on skills, small alterations or simple sewing work.
?Work in coordination with the General Housekeeper and the entire Housekeeping team.
?Respect absolute confidentiality regarding the family, their habits, and their personal effects.

You will join an exceptional private property, within a structured Housekeeping team accustomed to the highest standards.
In this environment, every piece of laundry must be treated with the same level of attention, whether it is daily laundry, delicate pieces, or personal effects.
Care, precision, discretion, and excellence of service are the essential values of this position.

Profile ###

Experience that is only generalist in Housekeeping will not suffice for this position: we are looking for a person with concrete and autonomous mastery of laundry.
