Event Manager (m/f/d) Rutishauser-DiVino is the national wine partner with outstanding wine expertise. For over 120 years, we have lived the passion for exquisite and high-quality wines. We manage our own vineyards in the cantons of Schaffhausen, Zürich, and Graubünden. Wine production and bottling take place in our production plants in Münchenbuchsee and Winterthur. Our range is supplemented by a wide assortment of international brands. Our customers include well-known large retailers, catering businesses, private individuals, and wine merchants. In order to offer our target groups—consumers, restaurateurs, specialist retailers, and grape producers—professionally organized platforms such as trade fairs and events, we are looking for a committed personality as an Event Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) in Winterthur, effective immediately or by arrangement. Event Manager (m/f/d) These tasks will inspire you: Planning of trade fairs, events, and sponsoring activities Active participation in trade fairs and events including setup and dismantling Deployment planning and coordination of the tasting team Host/Hostess function for customers, visitors, and partners Creation of the necessary documents for trade fairs and events Evaluation of trade fairs, events, and sponsoring Conducting plant tours and tastings Planning and conducting special sales (e.g., warehouse sale) Planning and participation in sponsoring activities Organization of event stands as well as POS and decoration elements Management of trade fair materials and the material warehouse Care, management, and control of promotional materials, printed matter, and packaging materials Participation in the implementation of marketing and sales promotion concepts in retail (e.g., display promotions) Support of the marketing department Participation in cross-functional projects We look forward to this profile: Completed commercial training in gastronomy or the marketing sector (event/trade fair planning, hotel management, marketing, or similar) Professional experience in the trade fair and event sector as well as in customer care A high degree of service orientation and enthusiasm for events Hands-on mentality and desire to work together with a motivated team Organizational talent, reliability, independence, and a good eye for detail IT-savvy way of working, good MS Office skills Interest in wine and the wine industry (WSET is an advantage) Proficient German skills in speaking and writing; good French and/or English skills are an advantage Willingness to work on weekends and evenings Driver's license Rutishauser-DiVino SA 80-100% Position: Employee Employment type: permanent Professional field: Marketing / Advertising Questions about the application process: Kathrin Jani HR Business Partner Questions about the position: Head of Marketing Services Discover your benefits: Education and further training We invest in the development of our employees.
