You will focus on visiting ophthalmologists in their practices and building your own, sustainable and trusting customer relationships. In doing so, you will take over a well-developed sales area with established and long-term customer relationships. With your profound medical expertise, your experience in specialty care sales, and your pronounced sales skills, you will conduct sophisticated professional discussions at eye level. Thanks to your strong customer proximity and your ability to recognize market and customer developments at an early stage, you will identify new potentials and derive targeted sales activities from them, such as organization of continuing education events, round tables etc. For this versatile and responsible position, we are looking for a sales-strong personality who is already successfully active in pharmaceutical field service and brings experience in the field of specialty care (ophthalmology, dermatology, gynecology, urology, rheumatism etc.). As a dynamic personality, you work independently, think entrepreneurially, and pursue your goals with high initiative and a pronounced can-do mentality. Furthermore, you are used to taking responsibility for your area, setting priorities correctly, and reacting flexibly and solution-oriented to demanding situations.
