Socio-professional instructor light vehicle driver

Les Peupliers brings three populations together under one roof. Children, adolescents - young adults and elderly people coexist and learn from one another in an idyllic setting at the foot of the Cousimbert, between Fribourg and Bulle. We are looking for our future colleague!

In order to complete our team at the Centre de formation professionnelle spécialisée (CFPS), we are looking for a:

Socio-professional instructor light vehicle driver (80-100%)

Your main activities

• Supervise a group of young people and transmit your expertise to the learners
• Guarantee to the learners the follow-up of the training plans required by the vocational training service
• Follow the learners at their practical training sites (internship)
• Prepare and participate in the evaluation of learners and the establishment of assessments
• Collaborate closely with professional networks and the various external and internal partners of the CFPS
• Enforce the rules of life in the workplace

Your profile

• CFC heavy vehicle driver and/or CFC mechanic
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience
• Certificate as an in-company trainer or willingness to undergo training
• Sense of human relations, communication and active listening
• Be autonomous, demonstrate team spirit and initiative
