Ärztekasse is renewing its entire data center as well as the products affected by this transformation. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and design clever and creative solutions for a meaningful sector. CI/CD Support Engineer & Developer (m/f) Working time: 80-100% Start: immediate or by arrangement Duration: indefinite Location: Geneva region (Thônex) or Zurich region (Urdorf) Main tasks • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software delivery • Support development teams with build, test, and deployment automation • Apply infrastructure as code and GitOps practices in all environments • Develop and maintain self-service tools and platforms for developers • Integrate security and quality controls into the delivery pipeline • Resolve issues related to pipelines, build, and deployment in collaboration with developers • Continually improve developer experience, throughput, and reliability Requirements • More than 3 years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or platform engineering • Hands-on experience with pipeline tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux) • Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably in Bash, Go, or Python • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized build/deployment workflows • Understanding of artifact management, testing, and release strategies • A service-oriented approach to support development teams • Excellent communication skills in English; German and French are a plus Additional information A stimulating environment helps to find ingenious solutions to complex and difficult requirements.
